Suites on 19 sits right on Highway 19 in Sun Prairie — purpose-built from the ground up for salon professionals, not retrofitted from something else. No seriously, we’re taking the old Kwik Trip down to the exterior walls and roof then building it back up. Every detail, from suite size to parking to the materials on the walls, was chosen with one person in mind: you. The result is a space that feels less like a rented room and more like the high-end studio you’ve always pictured for yourself — larger suites, an indoor and outdoor break area to actually unwind in, on-site washers and dryers, ample parking, and the kind of visibility that turns drive-bys into walk-ins.

This is more than square footage. It’s a place to finally call your own.

Our vision goes beyond four walls. As Sun Prairie and DeForest keep growing toward each other, we wanted to build a space that meets you in the middle — somewhere close to home, without the drive into the more congested parts of town. We designed Suites on 19 to be a true community: a place where independent stylists, estheticians, and other beauty professionals can work side by side, build their own client base on their own terms, and still feel the energy of a shared space.
